Chile Jalapeno was established in 2009 by the Cuatlatl family.  Our family ancestry is derived from the Aztecs as well as our heritage of family Mexican food recipes from Puebla, Mexico. Puebla is the home of "Cinco De Mayo" where the Mexican army won in the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862.
